Booking Policy

- Reservations can be made by email or telephone and are subject to confirmation upon payment of 20% of the final price within 48 hours of the pre-booking.

-If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will not be entitled to a refund.

- The minimum stay is 7 nights, except for Christmas and New Year's, when it is 9 nights.

- Gatherings and inviting people who are not staying at the house/property are not allowed. No celebrations or events of any kind are permitted.

- Houses can be occupied from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

- No pets allowed.

- Customers agree to maintain good neighborly relations and refrain from causing noise or disturbances.

- Children must be under the supervision of their parents at all times.

- The company is not responsible for the misuse of the facilities or for any problems or damage that this may cause.

-Deposit: The owner reserves the right to request a security deposit of €400 in cash upon arrival to guarantee the proper use of the property and cover any damage that may occur during your stay. This amount is refundable after the property has been inspected.
