Recently completely renovated using traditional materials and keeping the original features, the restoration fully complied with the strict historic building regulations of the Canary Islands. The house sits on an ancient way, the Camino Real, which follows the sea shore as far as Garachico. The garden terrace overlooks the sea and two further terraces offer inland views towards plantations of bananas, oranges, avocados, mango, papaya, coffee and cocoa.
Covering 160 square meters, it comprises a large living, dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, two double and two single bedrooms and can host 6 persons.
