Policy

- Bookings are available by email or telephone, pending confirmation until the payment of 20% of the final price within 48 hours after the pre-reservation.

- The minimum stay will be 6 nights except for Christmas and Easter which is 8 nights. 

- It is not allowed meetings or invite people who are not staying at the House/Finca. Every type of celebration or event is not allowed.

- The houses may be occupied after 15.00 hours the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10h00 on departure day, unless otherwise agreed. 

- Pets are not allowed.

- Kids and children must be controlled at all time by their parents.

- The compnay is not responsible for the misuse of the facilities and the problems and damages that cause.

Deposit: The owner reserves the right to request a security deposit on arrival of 400 € in cash to ensure proper use of the property and to cover any damage that occurs during the stay. This amount is refundable after checking the state of the property.
